Sunday Delivery (4 Meals):
- Red Lentil and Butternut Squash Curry
Red lentils, butternut squash and greens cooked together in a tomato and coconut milk curry. Served with rice.
- Baked Potato with Veggies and Nacho Cheez
Baked russet potato with spinach, broccoli, onion, black beans and bell pepper. Topped with our nacho cheez.
- Miso-Tamari Cauliflower
Cauliflower, spinach and green onions with a miso-tamari glaze. Served with coconut rice.
- Mushroom Marinara Lasagna
Gluten-free noodles layered with a cheezy bechamel and marinara packed with mushrooms, onions, squash and spinach.
Wednesday Delivery (3 Meals):
- Burrito Bowl with Chili-Lime Crema
Black beans, peppers, corn and onions spiced, and served over Spanish rice with spinach, tortilla crunch and chili-lime cashew crema.
